Is it a bug that in my DW20 world I can't downconvert gold or diamonds using the minium stone? I can still turn gold into diamonds, and the recipe is still in NEI for the other way around, but nothing comes up when I put it in the crafting grid

Follow this suggestion on this suggestion. It appears to be a bug with the version of Factorization installed in the newer versions of the pack. The thread goes into detail of which version the user downgraded to that worked at the bottom.
