Editing the ftbserver.jar.conf

I have been trying to start my ftb server through multicraft for 2 days now.... i cant seem to get the ftbserver.jar.conf right. Everytime i try to start the server i get

02.02 08:47:24 [Multicraft] Server stopped
02.02 08:47:24 [Multicraft] Failed to adapt server configuration
02.02 08:47:24 [Multicraft] Loaded config for "Mod:FeedTheBeast"
02.02 08:47:24 [Multicraft] Starting server!
02.02 08:47:24 [Multicraft] Loading server properties
02.02 08:47:24 [Multicraft] Received start command

Can someone please help me. Im not EXACTLY sure what i should put in this file.

Note that i can start the server by typing bash ./ServerStart.sh in the terminal.... so i know the files work.
