How does one go about editing the Normal Mode Guide book. Is there a config file somewhere that I can add plain text to, for rules etc...? Thanks!

I'm not sure where to even start - I don't see a config specific to the guidebook, or any instructions.

I know how to edit it client sided and its quite easy. However when I tried to do it on the server I just could not find a way.

Where is it done client side?
minecraft\modpack\normal\guide
and then you could just copy the expert mode.txt rename it to Rules.txt or make a new .txt document and just write what you want in it and it would appear on the client side.

Thanks Kristi - I am going to give this a shot on the server side and do a reload to see what happens.

Nothing after a /reload. Might need a server restart.

As I stated here I have yet to find a way to get this to work on a server. This is a great idea tho but as an alternative you could make a sort of guidebook using essentials that is if you use plugins.
