Editing a FTB map.

Okay, I've tinkered with the new dev version of MCEdit, which lets me do some basic modifications to my map. Is there another editor out there that would let me find/replace blocks from mods though? I tried with MCEdit, and while it sort of works (gets rid of the old block) it pastes a blank block instead of the block specified by the block ID I picked. So not really able to do what I want there. Is there another program that could help me out?

Info on what I'm doing, I'm wanting to take a lot of glass for an underwater structure and replace it with Xycraft Glass Viewer without having to manually rebuild it.

MCEdit hates mod blocks.

Yes, yes it does. S'why I'm asking if there's another map editor I could use. Replacing this glass by hand is a chore! Was an underwater city built back on an alpha map that I edited into my server world I've got now, and glass viewers just look better.
