Earthquakes/Torches Falling? (FTB Monster)

Hey all!

Been having a tough time locating the source of this one; my buddies and I have been playing on FTB Monster and have noticed that sometimes, torches will spontaneously fall off the walls along with abrupt earthquake sounds underground. Does anybody know which mod this is a part of so that we can disable it? We'd like to keep our torches from falling down in our cave systems! Thanks for your help!

Special Mobs has a config that allows zombies to break torches, even at a range of 3-ish blocks and through walls.

If it's not that, then I'm not sure.
