The most recent videos of DW20's Forgecraft 2 Season, there's a message that pops up saying the server is going into read-only mode and is backing up. Then it goes back to read-write after completing.

What is this and is there a guide on how to set this up on my server? I'm currently using ATLauncher and RR Pack if it matters. I figure its MCPC+, but I'm not sure how to install it. I thought I did it correctly and the server starts, but when attempting to connect to the server I get an internal server error.
