Direwolf20 pack updates today, yet the last time the modpack changes list was updated was 2013, so I browse around the forums for a while seeking a list, a comment, accusation even. To find nothing amywhere about it. Could someone enlighten me, am I being ignorant, or is there literally no way to tell what changed or why, and wether it will be relevant to my server?

here are multiple direwolf20 packs right now.
one for 1.4 one for 1.6 and one for 1.7
The one for 1.7 is the only one that will still get updates but as you say that the pack your talking about last got an update in 2013 I don't think you mean that one.
No I do mean DW20 1.7.10 being updated to 1.1.5 earlier yesterday. It most definitely happened recently however there are no update notes. I'm just confused, this is the ftb website is it not? Shouldnt whoever took the time and effort to update the pack, leave at least one scrap of evidence somewhere as to what changed or why lol.
^This. Update notes seem to lag by a few days.
As I recall from DW's twitter post last week when 1.5.0 came out as beta, the major changes were updating Buildcraft to version 7 and adding RFTools to the pack. There were also some minor things as well.
