DW20: twilight forest, turn off biome protection

is there any way to actually do it?

setting enforced progression to false isn't doing anything, it still rains in some areas and it damages my character (and destroys armor).

and by the way: why is the rain just visible after reloading? it's not funny to cross the border and get hit by something.

apparently there is no way of getting a newer version on his own wiki-website.
