Title DW20 Server Won't Load

Details of the issue My server was working normally up until 2 days ago when my internet suddenly cut out so I thought it had corrupted that server. After that I downloaded a fresh server (Haven't added old world) to see if that would fix the problem but no. Port 25565 is definitely forwarded so that is not the problem. It starts to load but then just stops, I have tried to leave it for hours before but it just doesn't work. When trying to connect it says connection timed out. Please help
