Details of the issue I have had a number of blocks from Actually Additions (ie Atomic reconstructor and Canolla press) where when I tried to place another item on it (ie A button or fermenting barrel) the item would disappear from my inventory and not be placed on the block. Now when I click on where the item was in my inventory it reappears. I have tried restarting the server and that made no difference. I disabled both extra mods, ran one at a time, and then both on again and didn't make any difference. Had another person on the server place a button and it worked just fine and after I broke and put back down the block it seems to be working.

if you have an iron backpack on, take it off and try placing your item

I cant seem to reproduce the bug, so no idea if that's it.

put on an iron backpack with an auto deposit upgrade, have items in the backpack, see if it prevents you from shift-right clicking an item with inventory, farmer, barrel ect.

i saw several comments on the latest dw20 video stating they have this problem also, and dire also was having the problem in the video.

Tried that as well and I just cant to reproduce the problem I was having, but yes it was the same as in his video. Whatever the issue is it is quite intermittent.
