DW20: Is there a way to run redstone up walls/ceilings?

Red power / project red used to have cables that acted like redstone but could be put on any surface. Does the DW20 1.12 pack have anything that serves the same purpose?

So, not quite the same but EnderIO has conduits that can transfer redstone signals? Off the top of my head that's probably the simplest solution.

Immersive Engineer's Redstone Wire does the job pretty well, especially over long distances.
