Windows .exe Dw20 Crash

So I'm constantly getting crashes from the new 1.6.4 Dw20 pack. It doesn't matter which version it is but I can't seem to create my own world without it crashing. I can't join a server either without it timing out. I'm running the latest version of Java on Windows 7, 64 Bit. You need to remove Java 6, and update Java 7.
