DW20 and Horizons not appearing on Modpack list

So, my bro is trying to DL DW20 164 and he has the latest ftb launcher, but the Horizons and DW20 modpacks don't show up. The top modpack for him is Unleashed. What does he need to do to get the new packs to appear on the mod pack list?

If he has any saves have him backup those and the configs for the pack he is using. Now delete the ftblauncher folder inside the %AppData% folder, the same one as .minecraft Now have him follow this guide to install the launcher the recommended way. Good luck and if he is still having problems have him post a console log by clicking on the 'Paste my log to pastebin.com' button on the console. It should create a link, pastebin.com/xxxxx, at the bottom of the log that you provide to us. If the link is not generated please copy the log manually to pastebin.com and provide the link that it makes. Look here so your log does not get deleted.
