Problem DW20 1.7.10 (1.0.3) Mass player time outs

On our DW20 server we keep having mass player timeouts, they are instantly able to reconnect.

The other servers on the same host do not have this issue.

There is no information in the console when this happens.

The worlds are pre-generated.

Has anyone else found a remedy to this? In talking to other server owners they have seen the same issue.

I have this issue when generating terrain and it happens most with Myst ages being generated.

Run visualvm during the timeout, that should give a good idea
