DW20 1.6.4 v1.0.2 - Server Wont Start, Duplicate Mod Error

I have a Server and was running DW20 1.5 for the past few weeks no problem, the new 1.6 pack launched and we decided to wipe and start anew... Installed 1.6.4 v1.0.0 last night and was running with no issue, this morning I got word of the v1.0.2 update and installed it via the Fragnet.net Control Panel as ive done with the other packs. It installs no problem and then the world wont launch, I thought initially it was an issue with overwriting the new pack(im a new server admin but I am a tech support rep) - not sure exactly what info is needed but here is the McMyAdmin log that I keep getting while trying to relaunch the server

I have seen a number of posts regarding a No Start or Crash issue with the new v1.0.2 pack but and some mentioning an issue with ThaumicTinkerer and had screen shots of it, and I am getting a Duplicate Mod Error there as well... I know nothing about Debugging Minecraft so I wont even begin to look but I am willing to do whatever and I will be available in about 1.5hrs to do some testing if anyone has any ideas as I have nothing to lose at this point.

Same issue here, our server wont boot because duplicate mods.

Update: It seems some files changed name and were not properly deleted, what we did to fix it was to delete your server mod folder and then extract the new mod folder from the 1.0.2 server files.
