Windows .exe DW20 1.6.4 "Error Downloading Modpack"

Everytime I try to download DW20 1.6.4, it gets roughly half way and then this..

Right... This looks familiar, I must direct you to try an MTR test. Use this and test www.creeperrepo.net and then copy log to clipboard and then paste it to pastebin please. http://winmtr.net/winmtr_download/ (Scanned with BitDefender and it came up clean, it is safe to use)

I would suggest you update java first.

I had done that already. I did get it to load finally, but had to disable my firewall and antivirus.
