Just like the title says, my Ender tank that was filled with lava became filled with water, and I am unable to get the water out. It instantly refills when I use a bucket to empty it. I've also had other problems with them, such as crashes when placing them and transforming into Ender Chests.

Is it water in the other ender tanks? Or, is that ender tank connected to another one with water in it?

It could just be a graphical issue.

The ender tank color was just default 3x white, and I have 2 other ender tanks with that color. All of them now have water, and I was able to draw water out of the tanks, so it's not a graphical bug. (Thanks for the quick reply)

Try disconnecting your pipes from the tank, draining all of the water, and reconnecting the pipes.
Moving to Mod Discussion, btw

Are you playing on a multiplayer server? If so, somebody probably took the channel to use for their water pump. To avoid this, change the channel with dyes, or add a diamond/diamond nugget to the valve to make it private. If you're on singleplayer, I'd still change the channel, but also check the tanks, make sure nothing has the option of adding stuff to the tank but the lava pump.

Change the colours or they all are part of the same 'network', I'm guessing you have an Aqueous Acumulator pumping water into another ender tank??

EDIT:- also you don't need a wooden pipe on a pump just stick the endertank next to the pump and a chunkloader is unnecessary as pumps load themselves...

there'a a chance when binnie's mod messes up fluid dictionary thats what but hasnt happened to me yet

well check if you have other ender tanks you may have done something wrong

This... I have had the fluid registry foul up before, mine was coke ovens giving turpentine instead of creosote XD

I believe I heard the ResonantRise folks have pushed a fix for this problem with Binnie's mods, but I don't know if they've edited the modfile, added some sort of configuration line or added a mod of their own that fixes the problem

Ok, I'll try changing the color/channel. Also, I haven't added anything to the mudpack except Advanced Solars and GraviSuite. I haven't used any bees, the only forestry I've used was the Tree multifarm. Thanks for the replies everyone!

EDIT: My Buildcraft tank that was connected to an ender tank that was filled with lava is also now filled with water.

Problem Solving 101, start with the simplest solution... In this case it's change the colour/network the ender tank is using and see if the lava magically changes to water again, I'll eat my hat if the cause isn't someone pumping water into the DEFAULT white/white/white...

Alright, I'm just derpy. I had two Fluiducts next to each other running water and lava and they were disconnected b/c of the different liquids. When I left the area, the pipes connected and flooded the system with water. Sorry everybody. :p We can close the thread.
