I just recently started to try and start a server for DW20. When I run the server, it says the server is overloaded and is running 6472ms or 129 ticks behind. Anybody have any advice? Thank you!

24.0 GB RAM
RTX Nvidia Geforce 1660 SUPER 6gb

This is pretty common with any server that gets started even vanilla ones. Ensure that you have optimal JVM flags for your server for ram usage and garbage collection. Just let it run for a bit after start-up and it should then keep up. Another thing with heavily modded servers you'll probably want to go in and edit your default view distance. Also depending on how many people you plan on having on your server, it's highly recommended to pre-generate chunks on your server prior to letting people join. This will take a long time depending on how many chunks you decide to do. You can pre-generate the main regions of the game overworld, nether, and the end. Unfortunately, with Forge servers, they don't have many things you can optimize or help optimize the server like paper or spigot servers.
