DW20 1.12 Chunk Claiming Issue?

Title DW20 1.12 Chunk Claiming Issue?

Modpack Direwolf20 1.12

Modpack version 1.7.1

Have you modified the pack? No

Details of the issue Get logged in and it's playable, but the FTB utility doesn't show the chunk claiming UI button. Others like trash and settings are there but not Chunk Claim. Looks in settings like it should be there.
