DW20 1.10 world corruption after crash

More info: after going into my backup I found that the Cocobolo Fence Gates (Fireproof) were replacing apatite ore, quarried stone from railcraft was just deleted from the world leaving areas where it was empty, Tinkers construct floating islands were replaced with the BM:AW Output Routing nodes, and various runes. mystical yellow flowers were replaced with Fungal Petal Apothecary. Also looking back It seemed like the AE skyblocks were replaced with something much more smooth gray.
