Windows .exe Duplicated files, even after re-instillation?

Right, so I've watched this video on the FTB twitter feed about duplicated mods. I've listened to that erratic women for long enough now. I've deleted the Direwolf 1.6.4 folder four times now. I've even deleted my WHOLE FTB folder. Even after a fresh instillation of the recommended pack, it still says I've got duplicated mods. It only happens with the Direwolf pack, the other 1.6.4 pack works fine. Please can someone explain why this is happening?

That erratic woman, Jadedcat, is a Global Mod here. Either way please do not insult people on here.

That said have you tried deleting the %AppData%/ftblauncher folder? That contains the mod pack zip the pack is coming from there. Also be sure you are using recommended not the other versions unless you need it for a server.
