Hi! I have about 30 instances of Minecraft FTB Mindcrack 8.1.1 all with different mods, but usually with the same config files. But my question is, if I create two instances of Mindcrack 8.1.1 one with optifine and one without for example, since both have the IC2.cfg (yet again, for example) and run a duplicate file remover application I suppose it will delete the config files (and the mods for that matter) since they technically are duplicates however one of the instances will stop working. So, can I safely assume that if I run a duplicate file deleter program, almost all of my instances will stop working since all of the config files I wrote myself will be deleted since they are considered to be duplicates?
