Dungeon in the Overworld?

So, this isn't your run of the mill End Portal dungeon, or dwarf mine... This dungeon has Netherrack, BLOCKS of Diamond, Emerald and redstone in the ground (And in chests)!

I'm playing the Monster Pack and I'm wondering what mod this is from, this dungeon is insane.

Roguelike Dungeons is the only mod I see on the monster list that I know adds dungeons.

Yeah Monster have Roguelike dungeons. The lower you get the more "exotic" the mobs and loot you will find. Lowest level will be a mini Nether.
