Summary of the problem dragon mounts refuse to 'sit'

What is the bug? basically I got a air dragon that I use the bone on to make it sit and it does say sitting in the gui thing at the top of the screen ... well the issue is the second I walk away he flys around my area and basically keeps getting in the way when he is supposed to stay still .....
