So my DE reactor is hammering out 800k rf/t right now and my T7 multiblock storage is filling up fast. Does anyone know what will happen once the energy capacity maxes out? Will the power have no where to go, back up, and cause the reactor to meltdown, or will the excess power just be a loss?

As long as it isn't going into the reactor itself it will just be lost. But one thing you can do to avoid loss is have some autoshutoff mechanism. I have a standalone power supply that I intend to have cutoff when it's full.
