Title Draconic Evolution (crafting Awakened) stuck at 'Charging 99%'

Details of the issue I was able to create a 4 block of awakened draconium - but when I put in the 2nd batch of 4, it gets to 99% - and stops. I'm producing 120,000 RF OVER what I need, so it's not a power issue.

EDIT: Ah-ha.... It has something to do with Flux Networks (I had flux thingies powering them) - as soon as I removed one, it suddenly created the 4 blocks...
