Summary of the problem Draconic Evolution and veinminer

Pack Version 3.0.4

What is the bug? not sure if this one is a bug or intentional but I cant seem to use veinminer with draconic tools ... if this is a intentional thing then just ignore this but I though I might as well say something

This is intentional, Draconic tools were added to the oreexcavation tool blacklist.
