Details of the issue So I did everything I deinstalled all javas on my computer and redownloaded the latest one i re downloaded the ftb too but doesnt work :/. My Ftb starts and stops at downloading packets or it run s in the background but launcher doesn't show.

so my firewall was alredy disabled i found some anit-virus program and deleted it but it doesn't work still can you explain to me how do I check are my ftb and java allowed to connect

Disabling it won't work. You need to add it to the list of allowable programs

You need to do what the user above says. Don't remove them or disable them. It could also be some other security software.
