I try to update my direwold20 to 1.0.8 the d/l starts realy slow then says error downloading modpack .http://pastebin.com/gYqdzmLc

Do not bump your thread please it is considered rude. You are no more important than anybody else.
Try changing the download location if it is set to automatic to something that is closest to you.
You also may want to update your java. You have the latest 32bit one and an old 64bit one. If you don't need the 32 bit one then I suggest removing it. Get the latest x64 one from here.
