Windows .exe Downloading Direwolf20 really slowly

For some reason when I try to download the Direwolf20 or Ultimate modpack its really slow. Even after the modpack downloads the minecraft jar takes an extremely long time to download. I don't think it's my connection, any help?

Follow this guide exactly when you install FTB. I would not be worried about the speed of the download once it is downloaded, the only time you will need to do that again is if you update.
