Downloaded the version of java linked in booting message yet the message persists

If there's a repeatable issue that can be labeled as a bug, then please use the issue tracker for the pack or the app at GitHub issue trackers - If there's no repository for a pack that means that the pack is old and/or will not be updated. Bugs for older packs will not be fixed, unless they are critical.

I downloaded java before downloading the ftb launcher, so I assume I previously had the 32-bit version of Java but I followed the link in the popup message to download a new version of java that runs 64-bit, but it still is saying I'm running the 32-bit java and won't let me increase ram usage even though I have plenty of ram to spare

Uninstall all java and then install only 64-bit java from java.com
