download lua program to FTB

Hey guys I'm new to computercraft and im trying to download a lua program from the internet to use in the direwolf20 pack can anybody help me?

What is your problem?

Quick checklist:
Have you set enableAPI_http or whatever it's named to true in the computercraft config?
What command do you use?
What program is it that you want to download?

Try describing what you've done and where it doesn't work.

As a related question, If I'm playing on a server, can I edit a program in Notepad++, save it and then access it when I'm on the server?

Good question. I don't think so, normally, unless you have access to the server - the programs are saved in the world folder, AFAIK.
If the http is enabled you should be able to upload it to pastebin and download it with rom/programs/pastebin get **** however.
