I am trying to download the FTB Launcher, and when I click the download link, i get taken to a page on creeperrepo.net for downloading FTB. The big download button there doesn't work, and it says it has been downloaded 0 times and the site has scanned it and detected 1637717 virus signatures. Does anyone know about this, because I really want to play FTB.

Sounds like YOU have a virus and/or spyware on your computer. You should likely check it out.
Feed the Beast is still a relatively new download and may still be flagged as a "possibly malicious" download. I have not seen any reports of any virus' resulting from a launcher download.
If you're concerned about the security, run a virus scan. Clean up any "bad software" on your computer. Then download the launcher and run another scan

I have tried to download the DW20 server, click the button and nothing happend, have clicked on ALL buttons to try and download just 1 server but nothing happens.

cough.... cough... IT would be VERY NICE if somebody could maybe sorta kinda post some dropbox links for the latest version of each pack? I would even be willing to host them for the few times (A few times every other hours/day it seems like) the the Creeper hosts are down.

The FTB team doesn't like people rehosting and resharing (or at least, not advertising that they are) on the forums.
There is a problem though. This is not the only case where someone was trying to download any given file and was not able to. I had a person from Australia trying to download a mindcrack server and client. he was not able to because it ended up corrupted it each and every time it was downloaded. I had to result to a dropbox share so he could get an uncorrupted file to him. I tried to mention it in IRC and I was not replied on the issue.
I was just hoping that somebody would realize that we need some secondary Repositories. Even if they are on a google shared drive, MS Sky drive, Dropbox, something. It is very annoying to not be able to download the modpack. Sort of defeats the purpose of using the launcher if I have to go and download everything myself.
