I am building my own modpack for Minecraft version 1.6.2 and was wondering if there is a download link for the latest Industrial Craft 2 experimental build. I'm not sure if there is a download link yet and I'd like to ask here first. Since Thermal Expansion hasn't updated to 1.6.2, I would like to have something so that power isn't pretty useless.

It seems pretty stable at the moment, but it is experimental and to quote the download site disclaimer 'IC2 experimental is unstable, may break worlds and its API may change frequently. Create backups of your world when using it.'
