download client mod packs on a cellphone

first off I have searched and have found nothing, unfortunately, other than people saying to get a laptop, install it there then copy it over. well, no laptop.. just an android phone with plenty of space.

is there no way I could ssh or ftp or even use a get to download all of the files to my phone? or to be simpler are there zips of the mod packs (monster for instance) that I could download to my phone then copy to the computer?

The zips no but you can download the mods then move them to computer I did that when I didn't have internet access for a few months

can't you connect your android phone to the PC and use it as a modem?
or is such feature is a relic of a past...

You can but it depends on your company and no signal at home so at work I would download at home I would play

so download each mod individually? pain in the butt. but I guess thats the option.

I can tether my phone via usb but my max download speed is 14kilobytes/s so that would take me a week to download so I would rather download each mod over wifi at the park haha
