I think you should change the look of the download button to show that it is unavailable, perhaps grey it out and remove the click animation. I had to go to the FAQ to figure out what was wrong, but I think if you did something to show that the download button does not do anything yet the "Q" will be a little less "FA".
I wish people would take 2 minutes to look at the forum as this has been posted loads of times now.

@Stella, can you take a screenshot of where it says it on the main page that the download is not available (or where to get the 1.2.5 download). I am having trouble finding what you are referring to.

So, lets list the places I put it, the main post at the top, the bit of text above the download and the FAQ looks like I had best remove the download button as well seen as people seem to ignore all the other places :3

I don't see anything saying you can't download the mod pack, only that the launcher is going to be released in 1.4.

I don't know if the text was changed when you changed the button but I did not associate "Comming soon" as in "this is not available, but it will be" I originally interpenetrated it as "It has lots of stuff already but we are planning on adding more soon"

I am very happy you put a line through the download button but I think a even better idea is replace the text "Download" with "Coming Soon"
P.S. I don't mean to complain. I was just trying to give a suggestion. I am extremely excited about FTB, and am REALLY looking forward to it when it is released.

i got that off the front page of the website
the bit about the --->Launcher<---- should tell you that they plan to have one, aka those who havent figured out how to use 7zip WinRAR or even MultiMC (Forkk may be a jerk at times but hes awesome all the same) they will be able to have all the mods in the pack, and worst case scenario if they dont have a "install it yourself" .zip or something along those lines you could always do it the old fashioned way, im sure the devs will appreciate the hits on their adfly links
