Integrated tunnels does have power (and items/fluids) transfer, and integrated dynamics does have an inteldimensional connector . I think RFTools power cells can somehow be made interdimensional, but I haven't tried.

This is why rumors of 1.10's death are greatly exaggerated. Its days are numbered, but IMO, 1.12 isn't done cookin'.
RFTools Power Cells can indeed be linked together to transmit power. Or if you only need small amounts, ExU2 has a Wireless RF transmitter that can provide 80RF/t to a block.
Item/Fluid transport is easily accomplished with Ender Storage, with it's chests and tanks. And Thermal Expansion has an Energetic Infuser, as well as an item which will draw energy out of an item, so you could in theory get creative and move energy storage devices through an Ender Chest.

Another good option for transfering power over dimensions is Flux Networks. I use these quite abit. Not only does it transfer energy over dimensions but can be really useful for keeping pipes to a minimum if you have machinery all over the place.

Although it isn’t in the DW20 1.12 pack, mekanism is in 1.12 and has the Quantum Entangloporter which transfers items, energy, fluids... and gases!

Now I think @KingTriaxx makes a blooming good point here! I’ve seen it done with energy crystals for IC2, and there’s no reason why you couldn’t do it with TE stuff as well - using the same Ender chests! With a bit of lateral thinking there’s a lot you can do
