donors only mods (mystcraft)

I am wondering if there is a way in group manager to turn off mystcraft for certain people or if there is a mod somewhere else that i can allow only donors to have the mod.

not until 1.7 I pressume since you need people to have the mod to connect to the server to begin with but a block disabler can be a lead well giving donors to creative mode as such but normal people cant access creative mode

I see on some servers that people have mystcraft on donors only tho this is FTB unleashed

possibly a block whitelist to donors... I think there's a plug in for this one
