This is an interesting question. If you mean just a vanilla furnace, then I’m pretty sure EnderIO’s tanks will allow you to have empty buckets go in, be filled with lava and output automatically, so it wouldn’t be too hard to set a conduit up to push/pull full and empty buckets from a furnace.
Alternatively, if you want a furnace that uses liquid lava, the Tinker’s Furnace is a multiblock that does normal vanilla furnacing quarter stacks at a time, and I believe that uses lava to run. Not 100% sure how quick it uses it or how that all works, as I’ve never made one.

if you want a furnace that uses lava as power then the better furnace mod can do that and the furnaces smelt quicker as well

1)Put a hopper feeding the side of a furnace.
2)Put fuel in the hopper.
Thats Vanilla Minecraft- no idea how well it'll work with lava buckets.
