Does Eye of flugel get nerfed?

Last year, i think that it had a fancy gui and 12 waypoints to teleport. But now, i can't see that gui anymore and i can only register one waypoint. Does it get nerfed?

It still allow unlimited flight for increased mana cost after the initial 30s, and a non dimensional teleport to a previously selected location, so still pretty good for me.
