Does anyone else have this problem with Opis and has found a fix?

When it comes to opis and map writer it helps so much. But I am having a problem when it comes to my moderators. I gave them all the perms it says but yet they are getting stuck at one spot. They are able to do /opis_Start and stop and then /opis_te. When they type opis_te the list of entities shows. But when they click on any entity in the list. the map does move to that spot but yet there is no chunk overlays to see what is the most resources intensive chunk and the list that should be on the right hand side that shows all the entities in that specific chunk is not showing. but when I opped one of them they were able to do it so I am thinking it is something to do with permissions someone please help because this one is a tuff one for me. I cannot figure it out for the life of me.
