It's hard to hate something that you've got on display inside of a glass box.
Wisps are our friends. Such a lovely shade of blue.

A lot of what Thaumcraft gives could be considered a little too good if there were not negative consequenses. I quite like having to bear in mind the node and their states when doing magic, it seems to replicate some of the whole "maintain the balance" stuff that comes up often in areas discussing magic and it's systems.
Plus, if it's because you were looting their temples, then, I don't really have any sympathy. If you're going to steal, then you need to be aware that some things might not take kindly to it.

I didnt mind them at first until I teleported to my turtle/frame quarry and found that I had left it switched off by one of those TC temple things. There were so many wisps (due to the quarry being chunk loaded) that I dropped to something like 1-2fps... Minecraft isnt much fun when played as a slide show 
I don't hate wisps, but I do hate people that are too lazy to spell 'you' correctly.

Also, wisps are our friends! Those beautiful shining things... Except the red, purple and black ones. If you see them, RUN LIKE HELL!

Wisps are kinda pretty- I live next to the ocean and there's an awesome light display every night.

I agree. You get with in melee range and BAM! dead in ten seconds flat. However, they learnt I operate the same way with my plasma cannon.
I died a LOT in 1.4.7... now, with Tinkers Construct, I've not died to any overworld mobs.
I love how you can just STABBITYSTABYSTAB everything with the rapier till it's dead.
Neah, just stick into anything that moves.
It's the OTHER tool that you need to learn how to use.
