I'm on a server (a Monster 1.0.7 server), and we are getting HUGE lag. So I just wanted to ask if anybody else has been getting the same problem. I am not the admin so this thread doesn't go in server section, I don't think.

What kind of lag? Tick lag, chunk loading lag, rubberbanding? There are different causes and solutions for each.
A good place to start is to check for tick lag, the most common kind. You can use Tick Profiler or Opis for this. Apparently Mariculture causes a fair bit of lag, so I would start by removing that.
