This is a known bug in the old packs with GregTech in them. Look
here for more info. The post might be for Mindcrack, but it applies to Ultimate as well. I believe
this is the old recipe as it still lists refined iron as a requirement which was removed in the later versions of GregTech/IC2. I know this is not what you want to hear, but right now the mod and FTB has moved onto newer versions of minecraft so I do not know of a fix.

You should understand that the people who help on these forums do not live here and it is the holiday's so if you do not get an answer it is probably because we are celebrating or busy. Happy Holidays. Also this is not a tech support issue as the recipe is there, but an old bug makes it so it is not displaying when clicked.
