Summary of the problem Distillation Patten Encoder does not always show Tutamen aspect

What is the bug? If you put items that have the Tutamen aspect, example Leather Tunic (299), into the Distillation Pattern Encoder (2000), you cannot select Tutamen as an aspect to distill. This makes it hard to craft the Tutamen aspect though the Arcane Furnace / Alembic.

Is it repeatable? Yes.
If you pull up "Tutamen" in NEI, and right click, you can see all of the objects that contain this aspect -- some do not work.
Known Fix Some items, like Lead Ingot do work correctly in the Distillation Pattern Encoder.
