Summary of the problem Dispenser drum liquid removed

What is the bug? The drum with lava or any other liquid gets emptied when you place them down with a dispenser

Mod & Version not sure what 1.1.0 uses

There is issues with Dispensers and Inventories in 1.12 at the moment. Still waiting on a fix, but have been for months.
