Disconect.GenericReason

Hi guys, I have set up a small server for me and my friend to play on and i can log onto it but my friend can't. The server is running on my own computer with 3 gig's of ram. I am running windows 7 64 bit while my friend is running Mac OSX Lion. Whenever he tries to log on he gets either an end of stream or conection timed out message. Whenever he is here at my house using his laptop he can connect perfectly fine. On the server panel on my computer whenever tries to log on I get a player disconected reason: Disconect.GenericReason message. Any help would be apreciated as I would like to play with my friend !

ok here is the first log and second log. oh and I can't find any disconect.genericreason in the logs but it does come up on the server console.

Get him to give me some MTR results from this program:

Looks like he's having a hard time trying to route to you. Expected on a home network.

He can't use winmtr, he is on a mac are there any mac equivalents?

mac has a native MTR, just google "how to use mtr on mac"
