Disable wither kill noise

I'm running Unleashed 1.1.7

I was wondering if there was a way to disable the sound the server makes when someone kills the wither. People with wither farms can spam it and annoy everyone.

edit: This doesn't disable all sounds from Wither.

No way to disable, its weird, it plays server wide.
