Disable VoxelPlayer Name Tags?

Does anyone know a way to do this? It's killing my PvP server.

Please no posts on "it's only client side, tough luck" the MiniMap restrictions work and that's also only clientside.

Made an account just for this issue. I noticed that having OptiFine installed will render VoxelPlayer name tags null, but the only way to force everyone to have OptiFine would be to make a custom mod pack, and even then they can remove it on their own. There needs to be a solution for this issue, as I presume you cannot use the MotD to fix this like the minimap.
