disable twilight forest world but not mod

Is there a way I can disable the twilight forest world but not the mod itself? basically all the issues I have had on my server so far are because of the twilight forest but the config options are just for portal creation and players already have portals, is there any way i can just disable entering the world itself?

If you are ever wondering something similar (How to disable x feature of y mod) I strongly suggest looking at its config file. 99% of them are very well commented and easy to use. Just don't change them if they specifically say "Don't change this".

yea I did that but like I said in my post there are existing portals
